
Our delicious and nutritious breakfasts are the perfect way to start your day of exploration and enjoyment in our beautiful city. Served in our spacious, bright and sunny dining room, which overlooks the garden terrace, everything is freshly prepared each morning. Whenever possible, we use wholesome organic ingredients and fresh herbs from our garden.

Our breakfasts typically include chilled orange juice, freshly ground Columbian coffee or your choice of tea, fresh fruit in season, a selection of cereals and a different hot entrée each day of the week.

Should you prefer a European type breakfast of yogurt, cold cuts and cheese, with assorted breads and buns, served with jams or marmalade, we are happy to provide that too. Just let us know when you make your reservation so that we have the necessary ingredients on hand.
We are also pleased to offer vegetarian dishes or no wheat or dairy breakfasts for those guests who prefer it. Please advise us of any preferences when you make a booking so that we can prepare for your arrival.

In high season, breakfast service starts at 8:30 a.m. Guests with an early morning departure time may request a continental breakfast of muffins and fresh fruit to take with you, or eat at your leisure.
Just let us know of your dietary preferences, or time constraints, when you make your reservation and we will do all we can to make your visit a memorable one.

Some of our signature entrees are:
Yogurt, apples and raisins wrapped in a fluffy pancake and served with pure Canadian maple syrup
Frittata with red pepper, turkey and chicken sausage, spinach and freshly grated Parmesan cheese with whole-wheat toast
Blueberry pancakes served with either a blueberry compote or pure maple syrup and sausages
Portobello mushroom omelets served with wheat free toast or hash browns, sausages and sliced tomatoes
Waffles served with a medley of fresh fruit and topped with crème fraiche or whipped cream
Baked eggs with double cream, chives or green onions and Gruyere cheese with brown toast and sliced tomatoes, sausages or ham
Scrambled eggs, plain or seasoned with herbs from our garden, served with sausages or Canadian back bacon and whole wheat toast
Boiled egg with a whole wheat or sesame bagel, cream cheese, lox, capers and onions. Cold cuts can be substituted for lox.
