This tranquil, secluded and romantic
Vancouver bed and breakfast is 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver.
Elegance and creature comforts await, as do the most romantic of private
garden terraces. In fact our B&B has half an acre of serene gardens
and is located in one of Vancouver's finest neighbourhoods.
We offer our guests two separate
suites, each with its own entrance, living room with TV, fridge,
phone, bedroom, and private bathroom. Off street parking, smoke free environment, public transit nearby.
There are miles of nature trails in old growth forest at our doorstep.
It's a romantic walk through old growth forest from our Vancouver bed
and breakfast to view the lighthouse in Lighthouse Park.

A heavenly nights rest is practically
guaranteed in this romantic, private three room bed and breakfast
suite with its own entrance. The snowy white linen, delicately
patterned down duvet and piles of pillows heaped on the Queen
sized bed all help with the magic too. Wake up to the soft
chirping of birds outside your bedroom window.
The private bathroom, with
its spacious shower, fluffy towels, slippers, toiletries and
hairdryer is conveniently located off the bedroom.
The East-West suite's east
facing living room has an air of inviting serenity with its
warm, taupe walls, white curtains and view of Vancouver's
greenery and flowers in the adorable little courtyard seen
through the large picture windows. Guests can sink into garden
chairs and soak up the morning sun in this sheltered, outdoor
room. Inside, an attractive mingling of country and traditional
furnishings include a cozy sofa and upholstered chairs.
Special touches are books and
magazines to dip into, cable TV and a VCR, a CD player, games
and a tea or coffee maker. Dried and silk floral bouquets, a sherry decanter and bar

Enter our charming three
room Flower Suite with a private entrance and let the
tranquility of a country garden enfold you. In the bright,
south facing living room the elegantly understated décor,
with some antiques, is warmly welcoming. The plump, floral
sofa beckons you to unwind after a busy day and browse through
books and magazines, watch TV or DVD videos or listen to CD's,
while sipping tea or savouring a glass of sherry. The makings
for tea or coffee and a sherry decanter are provided, along
with many other thoughtful touches, such as a bar fridge and slippers.
Your hostess, Hanna, arranges
the extravagant silk and dried flower bouquets, from which
the bed and breakfast suite gets its name. These flowers echo
the fragrant blossoms in the delightful little courtyard outside
the windows where comfortable garden furniture invites guests
to bask and rebloom in Vancouver's afternoon sun.
In the serene bedroom, the
King-sized bed (which converts into two single beds) has
crisp, white linen and the snug down duvet has a
flower-sprigged Laura Ashley cover, promising a refreshing
rest. Fittingly, charming botanical prints hang above the bed
and on some walls.
The private bathroom, in
hunter green and white, has a tub and shower, double sinks,
toiletries and a hairdryer. |
